ALL good players, all of which Garth Snow let them leave the Islanders. Snow did not offer them contracts and didn’t put any effort into keeping them on the team.
Well, Snow is currently in the process of the same thing, but with John Tavares.

We need to keep offering John Tavares contracts. If we let him wait, he’ll be wearing a Maple Leafs jersey next season. Snow made the same exact mistake last year, hopefully he won’t again this year.
